Refund & cancellation

Merchants may cancel at period end from billing settings. After cancellation takes effect, paid entitlements stop renewing and cloud features follow the plan rules in force at that time.

• Cancel from dashboard billing settings before the next renewal
• Access typically continues through the paid period already purchased
• Free-tier local soundbox features may remain available subject to product limits

Immediate cancellation and refunds follow this policy and Razorpay settlement rules. Chargebacks and payment-gateway disputes are handled under those processor terms.
